Our approach to website video is it should be affordable and work for the customer, so we identify what the film needs to say, and make it engaging.
As most films appear in social media feeds the visuals need to be as interesting as possible and tell the story. Many people don’t watch a film they just listen as they scroll down a social media feed, so the film needs to keep ‘talking’ to the viewer.
Then duration is important- people are reluctant to click play on a video if the duration is too long so often we aim to make a film just under two minutes.
We recognise how exciting but also scary a day of filming can be for a customer, so we do all we can to put everyone at ease and enjoy the film shoot.
The online video production industry is constantly evolving- so we do workshops with YouTube, Apple, and by Jonathan still doing some broadcast TV work we can make sure we are aware of all the potential in technology as well.
